Jobber Pricing: Every Plan, Hidden Costs & Real Quotes
Jobber runs from $29/mo (Core, 1 user, billed annually) to $529/mo (Plus, 15 users). Most crews of 2 to 6 pay $229 to $287 a month on Grow once users and one add-on are counted.

Is it worth it?
Jobber is worth it for most crews of 1 to 10, as long as you buy the plan you need and skip the add-ons you don't.
The plan math rewards small teams. Grow for 5 users costs only $80/mo more than Grow for 1 user, and annual billing saves $840 a year over month-to-month at that size. The trap is the add-ons: Marketing Suite, AI Receptionist and Pipeline together add $177/mo. Buy Connect if you only need QuickBooks sync and auto follow-ups, Grow if you want job costing and two-way texting. If the totals below look high for your shop, compare the other options in our guide to field service management software.

Small residential crews
From $29/mo billed annually
14-day free trial · checked Oct 18, 2026
Jobber rebuilt its pricing in 2026. There are now four plans (Core, Connect, Grow and Plus), each sold in user brackets of 1, 5, 10 or 15, and each on three billing terms: no commitment, a one-year commitment billed monthly, or paid annually up front. That's 36 different prices before you add a single extra user or add-on. This page lays them all out as of October 2026, shows what a solo operator, a 5-tech shop and a 15-person company would actually pay, and lists the fees that don't appear on the plan cards.

What a real shop pays for Jobber
Solo owner-operator (1 user)
$99/mo
billed annually ($119 on a 1-year commitment, $139 with no commitment)
Connect, 1 user
Core is $29/mo annually but has no QuickBooks Online sync and no automatic quote or invoice follow-ups, so most solo owners with a bookkeeper end up on Connect. Add card fees: $15,000 a month collected by card across 60 invoices costs about $453 in processing. First-year software cost on annual billing: $1,188.
5-tech shop plus an office manager (6 users)
$258/mo
billed annually ($229 for 5 users + $29 for the sixth)
Grow, 5-user bracket + 1 extra user
Add the AI Receptionist for after-hours calls and it's $287/mo, or $3,444 a year. On no-commitment billing the same setup is $299 + $29 + $29 = $357/mo. Card fees on $60,000 a month across 150 invoices run about $1,785, which is more than six months of the software.
15-person company (15 users including office)
$399/mo
billed annually ($429 on a 1-year commitment, $499 with no commitment)
Grow, 15-user bracket
Adding Marketing Suite ($99) and AI Receptionist ($29) brings Grow to $527/mo, $2 under Plus at $529/mo for 15 users, which also lists custom reports, unlimited job photo storage and dedicated onboarding. Confirm in writing which add-ons Plus includes. Card fees on $180,000 a month across 400 invoices: about $5,340.
Costs that don't show on the pricing page
| Card processing | 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment On $40,000 a month across 120 card payments, that's $1,160 plus $36, about $1,196 a month. |
|---|---|
| Tap to Pay | 2.7% + 30¢ per payment Slightly cheaper than keyed or online cards. Worth pushing techs to use it at the door. |
| ACH bank payments | 1% (US) A $3,000 install paid by ACH costs $30 in fees versus $87.30 by card. Ask commercial and big-ticket customers to pay this way. |
| Instant payouts | Additional 1% Getting $5,000 in your bank today instead of on the standard schedule costs $50. Fine for an emergency, expensive as a habit. |
| Extra users | $29/mo per user Going from 5 to 7 users on Grow (annual) adds $58, for $287/mo. The 10-user bracket is $299, so past 7 users the bigger bracket is usually the better buy. |
| Add-ons | Marketing Suite $99/mo, AI Receptionist $29/mo, Pipeline $49/mo All three together add $177/mo, or $2,124 a year. Plus is described as including them, but its comparison table marks them as add-ons. |
| No-commitment premium | 25% to 34% more than annual (69% more on Core) Grow for 5 users is $299/mo with no commitment versus $229/mo billed annually: $840 more per year. |
| Early cancellation | Remaining term (1-year) or no refund (annual) Annual payments aren't refunded if you leave early, and every term auto-renews unless you set it not to. |
How Jobber's plans are priced in 2026
Jobber prices on two dials at once: the size of your team and how long you're willing to commit.
The team dial is user brackets. Connect, Grow and Plus are sold for 1, 5, 10 or 15 users (Plus starts at 5). Core is a single-user plan. Past 15 users on Plus, Jobber wants you to call sales. Extra users on any plan are $29/mo each.
The commitment dial has three settings:
- No commitment, billed monthly. Highest price, cancel at the end of any month.
- One-year commitment, billed monthly. Middle price, but you owe the full 12 months.
- Billed annually. Lowest price, paid up front, not refunded if you leave.
That's why you'll see Grow quoted at $149, $169 or $199 depending on where you look. All three are correct for 1 user.
Every Jobber price, as of October 2026
| Plan and bracket | No commitment | 1-yr commitment, monthly | Billed annually |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core, 1 user | $49 | $39 | $29 |
| Connect, 1 user | $139 | $119 | $99 |
| Connect, 5 users | $199 | $169 | $149 |
| Connect, 10 users | $299 | $259 | $229 |
| Connect, 15 users | $399 | $339 | $299 |
| Grow, 1 user | $199 | $169 | $149 |
| Grow, 5 users | $299 | $259 | $229 |
| Grow, 10 users | $399 | $349 | $299 |
| Grow, 15 users | $499 | $429 | $399 |
| Plus, 5 users | $499 | $439 | $399 |
| Plus, 10 users | $599 | $499 | $449 |
| Plus, 15 users | $699 | $599 | $529 |
All prices are per month. Two patterns jump out. First, the step from 1 user to 5 users is cheap: $50 on Connect and $80 on Grow, annual billing. If you have even two people in the field, buy the 5-user bracket. Second, Grow with 10 users ($299) costs the same as Connect with 15 users ($299). Choose on features, not seat count.
What each plan adds, and what it leaves out
Jobber describes each plan as "everything in the plan below, plus" a list of features. Here's what that means for a working shop.
Core covers online booking, quotes, invoices with online payments, a website, built-in reports and access to Jobber's marketplace of connected apps. It leaves out the things that save office time: automatic reminders to customers, automatic quote and invoice follow-ups, checklists, time tracking and QuickBooks Online sync. Core suits an owner-operator who does their own books and their own chasing.
Connect adds automated client reminders, automatic payment collection (card on file), job checklists, automatic quote and invoice follow-ups, time and expense tracking, and QuickBooks Online sync. For a lot of 1-to-3-person crews this is the right plan. What it leaves out is job costing, two-way texting and custom automations.
Grow adds richer quotes with visuals (and reviews, with the Reviews add-on), optional line items for upsells, automatic time tracking, job costing, two-way SMS with customers and custom workflow automations. This is the plan Jobber's trial runs on, and it's where most 3-to-10-person shops end up. It still leaves out custom reports and crew scheduling.
Plus adds unlimited photo and video storage per job, crew scheduling with team @mentions, automatic expense capture with profitability alerts, custom reports, dedicated onboarding and Premium Support. Jobber's description also lists Pipeline, Marketing Suite and the AI Receptionist, but the feature table marks those as add-ons. Get the answer in writing before you pay $399 or more a month expecting them.
Add-ons and extra users
Three add-ons are priced as of October 2026:
- Marketing Suite, $99/mo. Jobber's tools for re-engaging past customers and bringing in repeat work.
- AI Receptionist, $29/mo. An AI-powered receptionist aimed at catching calls and leads you'd otherwise miss.
- Pipeline, $49/mo. Lead tracking, so inquiries don't fall through the cracks before they become quotes.
The Reviews add-on, needed for reviews on quotes, didn't have a price we could confirm, so ask.
The add-ons are where Jobber bills creep. A 5-user Grow account at $229 becomes $406 with all three. Owners commonly report this pattern in public reviews: a reasonable plan price that roughly doubles once the extras are switched on. Turn each one on for a month, check whether it brought in work, and cancel the ones that didn't.
Extra users at $29/mo make sense for one or two seats over a bracket. Beyond that, price out the next bracket. Seven users on Grow costs $287/mo with two extra seats, and 10 users costs $299/mo.
Payment processing fees
Jobber Payments is where most of the money goes, not the subscription. As of October 2026:
- Card: 2.9% + 30¢
- Tap to Pay: 2.7% + 30¢
- ACH bank payment (US): 1%
- Instant payout: an extra 1%
For a 5-tech shop collecting $60,000 a month by card across 150 invoices, that's $1,740 in percentage fees plus $45 in transaction fees, about $1,785 a month. Moving a third of that volume to ACH saves about $395 a month. Encourage ACH on large tickets, use Tap to Pay in the field, and keep instant payouts for real emergencies.
Contract terms, trial and cancellation
The 14-day free trial runs on Grow features and doesn't need a credit card. If it lapses, Jobber says your data is kept until you add billing details.
After the trial, the term you pick decides how easy it is to leave. No-commitment monthly ends at the close of your billing period. A one-year commitment billed monthly keeps billing for the full term even if you stop using it. Annual plans keep access until the term ends but the up-front payment isn't refunded. All terms auto-renew unless you set them not to, so put a reminder in your calendar 30 days before renewal.
You can upgrade anytime. Downgrades take effect at the end of a billing cycle.
Our advice: run the trial, then pay no-commitment monthly for one or two months while you finish setup. Switch to annual once your crew is using it every day. Paying $70 a month extra for 60 days is cheaper than being locked into a year of software your techs won't open.
Which plan to pick
Solo, doing your own books: Core at $29/mo annually. Upgrade the month you hire a bookkeeper or start losing quotes to slow follow-up.
Solo or 2-person crew with a bookkeeper: Connect. If there are two of you, buy the 5-user bracket at $149/mo annually rather than 1 user plus a $29 seat ($128). The extra $21 leaves room for your next hire without a plan change.
3 to 7 people, residential service and install: Grow, 5-user bracket, at $229/mo annually, plus $29 per seat past five. Job costing is the reason. Once you have techs on hourly pay, knowing which jobs lost money is worth more than any add-on.
8 to 15 people: Grow at the 10-user ($299) or 15-user ($399) bracket. Only move to Plus if you need custom reports or crew scheduling, or if Jobber confirms in writing that Plus includes the add-ons you'd otherwise buy.
Recurring-route businesses (lawn, pool, cleaning): Connect is often enough, because automatic payment collection and client reminders do most of the work on a route. Grow's two-way texting is nice, not essential.
Is Jobber worth the money
For a residential crew of 1 to 10, generally yes. The features most owners care about (quotes that follow up on themselves, card-on-file billing, the client hub, QuickBooks sync) start at $99/mo for one user and $149/mo for five on annual Connect. If one extra closed quote a month covers that, the math works for most trades.
It's less worth it in two situations. One is a 12-plus truck HVAC or plumbing shop that sells from a flat-rate pricebook, runs memberships and carries real inventory. Jobber's top plan doesn't add those, so you'd be paying $529/mo for a tool that fits half your workflow. The other is a solo operator who sends a handful of invoices a month and does their own books. Core at $29 covers that, but so do cheaper invoicing apps.
Cheaper options
If Jobber's totals don't fit, these are the published alternatives worth pricing, all as of October 2026:
- ServiceM8 starts at $29/mo for unlimited users and 50 jobs a month, scaling by job volume to $149/mo for 500 jobs. Good for a small crew with lots of people and modest job counts.
- Kickserv lists Start at $60/mo for 5 users and Run at $119/mo for 10 users, with 20% off on annual billing. It's plainer than Jobber, but a 10-person shop pays far less.
- Service Fusion charges a flat price with unlimited users: Starter at $208/mo billed annually. For a 15-person company, that undercuts Jobber Grow's $399.
- Housecall Pro Essentials is $149/mo billed annually for up to 5 users, which matches Jobber Connect's 5-user price and adds flat-rate pricing and GPS tracking.
Each of these trades away something Jobber does well, usually the polish of the quotes and the client hub. Price the plan you'd actually need, not the starter tier.

Questions owners ask
How much does Jobber cost per month?
As of October 2026, Jobber costs $29/mo to $529/mo on annual billing. Core is $29 for 1 user. Connect is $99 (1 user) to $299 (15 users). Grow is $149 (1 user) to $399 (15 users). Plus is $399 (5 users) to $529 (15 users). Month-to-month with no commitment costs more, for example $199/mo for Grow with 1 user.
What is the cheapest Jobber plan?
Core at $29/mo billed annually, $39 on a one-year commitment billed monthly, or $49 with no commitment. It's for one user and covers quotes, invoices with online payments, online booking, a website and built-in reports. It doesn't include QuickBooks Online sync, automatic follow-ups or checklists, which start on Connect.
How much does Jobber charge per extra user?
Jobber lists additional users at $29/mo each, and says they can be added to any plan. Because plans are also sold in 1, 5, 10 and 15-user brackets, compare the cost of extra users against the next bracket. On Grow, 7 users costs $287/mo with extra seats versus $299/mo for the 10-user bracket.
Does Jobber charge setup or cancellation fees?
Jobber doesn't publish a setup fee. The cost of leaving depends on your term. No-commitment monthly plans can be cancelled at the end of the billing period. A one-year commitment runs its full 12 months. Annual plans keep access until the term ends but aren't refunded. All terms auto-renew unless you turn that off.
Is Jobber cheaper than Housecall Pro?
At the low end, yes. Jobber Core is $29/mo annually versus $59/mo for Housecall Pro Basic. At 5 users it flips: Housecall Pro Essentials is $149/mo annually versus $229 for Jobber Grow, though Jobber Connect matches it at $149. At 15 users, Jobber Grow is $399/mo, while Housecall Pro MAX with 7 extra users at the listed $35 each comes to $544/mo.
Does Jobber offer a discount?
The main discount is the billing term. Paying annually costs 20 to 29% less than no-commitment monthly on Connect, Grow and Plus (41% less on Core), and the one-year commitment billed monthly sits in between. Jobber doesn't publish other standing discounts, so ask about current promotions during the 14-day trial.
