AccuLynx Review & Pricing: Plans, Costs and Verdict

AccuLynx is the most production-focused roofing CRM we cover, built for insurance and storm work. It's quote-only, the Elite plan is where the roofing-specific tools live, and several useful features are add-ons.

Our verdict

AccuLynx is the pick for established roofing contractors doing insurance and storm work who need supplements, production and commissions tracked in one place.

On Elite you get a production calendar, supplement tracking, permit and mortgage check tracking, and commission and advance tracking, which few general CRMs touch. Aerial measurement ordering and supplier direct ordering come on both plans. It's quote-only, users commonly call it pricey for small crews, and the customer portal and payments are add-ons. Small retail roofers should compare other software for roofing businesses first.

AccuLynx pricing is a custom quote. There are no numbers on the plan page, only two feature sets, Pro and Elite, plus a list of optional add-ons, also unpriced. The good news is that AccuLynx offers a monthly subscription with no long-term contract, and training and guided setup are included. The rest of this review lays out what Pro and Elite each include, which add-ons matter for a roofing company, and why a three-person retail crew may be paying for more than it needs.

What AccuLynx is

AccuLynx is roofing contractor software that covers the whole job: lead, inspection, estimate, contract, material order, production, invoice, collection and commission. It's aimed at established roofing companies, especially those doing insurance restoration, where a single job can involve an adjuster meeting, several supplements, a mortgage company holding the check and a sales rep waiting on commission.

Most CRMs stop at "sold" and "invoiced". AccuLynx's Elite plan keeps going into the messy middle of roofing production. That's the reason to buy it, and also why a small retail roofer may find it more than they need.

AccuLynx's plan page also mentions a newer Essential plan, but its features and price aren't laid out next to Pro and Elite. Ask about it on your call if you're a smaller shop.

Leads, sales and estimates

Both plans include leads and CRM, AI-based automatic lead scoring, estimates and contracts, a custom materials library and invoicing. Elite adds embedded web forms (leads flow straight from your website), prospecting reports and sales pipeline and closing percentage reports. If you manage a team of door knockers or retail reps, those reports are how you know who's closing.

Aerial measurement ordering is built into both plans, so a rep can order a roof report from the job record and build the estimate from it.

Production, supplements and material ordering

This is AccuLynx's home turf. Both plans include labor management and work orders, a job milestone tracker and supplier direct ordering, so material orders go to your distributor from the job itself.

Elite adds the pieces that matter for storm and insurance work:

  • Production calendar to schedule crews and deliveries across jobs
  • Supplement tracking for every line you send back to the carrier
  • Permit tracking and mortgage check tracking
  • Production status and trade reports
  • Custom workflow manager to match your process instead of the default one

For a company running 30 insurance jobs at a time, tracking supplements and mortgage checks in one place can mean thousands of dollars that don't slip through.

Job costing, commissions and money

Both plans include job cost and A/R tracking, job profit forecasting, marketing expense tracking and profit and loss analysis. Elite adds commissions and advances and paybacks tracking. If you pay reps a percentage of gross profit and front them draws, that's the feature that stops arguments on payday.

Payments are an add-on. AccuPay is listed among the "additional tools to enrich your plan", along with AccuFi, which AccuLynx sells separately.

The mobile app

A mobile field app is included on both plans, with photo and video storage, job messaging, notes, tasks and a shared calendar. A separate Mobile Crew App is listed as an add-on. Users commonly report a learning curve getting the full workflow set up, and that applies to the field side too: crews need to know which steps to mark in the app.

AccuLynx pricing in plain terms

As of October 2026, AccuLynx doesn't publish prices for any plan. Both Pro and Elite are custom quotes. What it does state plainly:

  • A monthly subscription option with no long-term contract
  • Guided setup and fast implementation, plus training any time while you're a customer
  • A list of optional add-ons, none priced: AccuPay, Customer Portal, SmartDocs, AccuFi, ReportsPlus, DataMart, Text Messaging, Mobile Crew App and AppConnections

We don't have a third-party estimate we're comfortable repeating, so we won't guess at a number.

Pro or Elite

Pick Pro if you're mostly retail roofing, run one location, and pay reps a simple flat commission you can track in a spreadsheet. You still get CRM, estimates, aerial measurement ordering, supplier ordering, job costing and the mobile app.

Pick Elite if you do insurance work at volume, run more than one location, track supplements and mortgage checks, or pay commissions with advances. Elite is the plan the roofing-specific reputation is built on.

Keeping the quote under control

The add-on list is long. Before the demo, decide which you actually need. For most roofing companies that means payments, probably the customer portal, and maybe texting. Ask for each add-on as a separate line, ask what the per-report cost is for aerial measurements, and ask for month-to-month pricing even if an annual discount is offered.

Then get a JobNimbus quote at the same time. Both are quote-only, and comparing two quotes is the only way to know whether either is fair.

A storm job in AccuLynx, start to finish

Here's how an insurance reroof might move through AccuLynx on Elite for a mid-size roofing company:

  1. Lead comes in from a web form embedded on your site and is scored automatically, so the hottest leads get called first.
  2. Rep inspects and orders an aerial measurement from the job record, then builds the estimate from your materials library.
  3. Claim is filed, adjuster meets. Notes, photos and documents stay on the job.
  4. Supplements. Each line you send back to the carrier (drip edge, starter, code upgrades, decking) is tracked with its status until it's approved or denied.
  5. Contract signed, materials ordered straight to your supplier.
  6. Permit pulled and tracked. The job goes on the production calendar with crew and delivery dates.
  7. Install and final photos from the field app.
  8. Collections. Track the mortgage check if the lender holds the funds, invoice the balance, and record payment.
  9. Commission. The rep's commission is calculated from job profit, minus any advance you fronted.

Steps 4, 6, 8 and 9 are what Elite adds over Pro, and they're the steps where money goes missing in a busy storm season. If your work rarely touches them, Pro or a simpler CRM will do.

Switching without losing a season

Move in your slow months. For most northern roofers that's December through February; for Gulf and Southeast storm markets, pick the quietest stretch you can find. AccuLynx says guided setup and onboarding are included, and training is available any time you're a customer.

  • Bring open jobs over carefully. Insurance jobs mid-supplement are the hardest to migrate. Finish them in your old system if you can.
  • Set up your materials library early so estimates come out right from day one.
  • Train reps on lead entry first, production managers second, and crews last.
  • Keep the add-ons off at the start. Turn on payments and the portal once the core workflow is running.

Where it falls short

No public pricing. You can't compare AccuLynx with Roofr or JobNimbus on paper.

Pricey for small crews. Users commonly report this, and the add-on structure makes it worse: the portal and payments that some competitors include cost extra here.

Learning curve. Users commonly report full workflow setup takes time. Elite's custom workflows are powerful, and someone has to build them.

Roofing only. If you also do gutters, siding and windows, it still works. If you also run an HVAC or plumbing service department, you'll need a second system.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Solo and small retail roofers. Roofr has a free Starter plan and paid plans from $209/mo billed annually with no per-seat fees.
  • Contractors who want a simpler, more flexible pipeline. JobNimbus's board view is easier to shape around a small team.
  • Shops that mostly need photo documentation. CompanyCam starts at $63/mo billed annually.
  • Remodelers and general contractors. Buildertrend or Contractor Foreman fit multi-trade projects better.

AccuLynx compared with

Questions owners ask

How much does AccuLynx cost?

AccuLynx doesn't publish prices. As of October 2026, both the Pro and Elite plans are custom quotes, and add-ons like AccuPay and the customer portal are priced separately. AccuLynx does offer a monthly subscription with no long-term contract, so you can try it without committing to a year.

What's the difference between AccuLynx Pro and Elite?

Elite adds the roofing-production tools: a production calendar, supplement tracking, permit tracking, mortgage check tracking, production status and sales pipeline reports, commissions, advances and paybacks, custom workflows, embedded web forms and multi-location setup. Pro covers CRM, estimates, invoicing, aerial measurement ordering, supplier ordering and job costing.

Does AccuLynx require a contract?

AccuLynx says its monthly subscription option means you're not locked into a long-term contract. Confirm the terms on your quote, especially if you're offered a discount for an annual commitment. Monthly is the safer choice for the first season. You can switch to annual once the crew is using it.

Is AccuLynx worth it for a small roofing company?

Usually not until you have commissioned reps, regular insurance work and more than a couple of crews. Users commonly report it's pricey for very small crews. A solo or two-crew retail roofer will often get more value from Roofr, which publishes prices and has a free plan, or JobNimbus Essentials.

Does AccuLynx include aerial measurements?

Aerial measurement ordering is included in both Pro and Elite, so you can order reports from inside a job. The plan page doesn't list per-report prices. Ask what each report costs and whether you can use a measurement provider you already have.
